We make all our hot cocoa from the bean! We're one of the only chocolate makers in the world who roast, press and grind our own hot cocoa. This translates into incredible TRUE cacao flavor. We make our delicious hot cocoa from the same premium single origin beans we use to make our chocolate! Our house blend is our own mix of freshly pressed cacao powder from our single origin beans, including Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico, Ecuador and Peru. We’re one of only a few chocolate makers who press their own cocoa butter, so we’re able to make this rich, incredibly flavorful hot cocoa mix from scratch right here in our kitchen.
